With User Groups, it makes sense to have an option to hide any features of an app which are not assigned to a user, rather than having them having to see the locked section then see a 'you do not have access' message.

This would allow far greater scope of work using this funcitonality and allow the apps with private content per group or even per user to have a much cleaner user experience.
