On playback of podcasts you often need to re-listen to a previously heard part which you haven't understood well yet.

But especially on large podcast files it's a problem to quickly scroll back only some seconds, because even a small adjustment with the playback position slider then often sets the playback point back to several minutes instead of seconds. Therefore it were great to have buttons for a quick backward or forward sliding, like users are used to it from other players already.
