Currently the email notification sent from the Appointment booking extension is not editable.

By default, the message is saying 'Booking confirmed' but in some cases, the 'app owner' has to confirm the booking manualy.

Idea: make possible to edit the email notification systems, so we could let the customer knows that the 'app owner' will confirm the booking shortly.

In this situation, the 'app owner' shares its availabilities, retreive 'booking request' and confirm booking manualy based on its own business rules.

It could cover many business needs for a small dev ;)
